Description

Double Wood’s trace minerals product contains 100% of the daily requirement of 5 important trace minerals: Iodine, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, and Chromium. This product can be added to any drink to increase the mineral content and can remineralize filtered water.

Recommended Dosage

We recommend taking one 0.5 teaspoon serving per day to get the recommended daily dosage of the included trace minerals. We don’t recommended exceeding the daily dosage.

Side Effects

At recommended dosages side effects are unlikely, however it is possible to get too much of any given mineral and the side effects of doing so can vary based on the mineral in question. Therefore it’s best not to exceed the recommended dosage and to not combine with other supplements providing the same minerals.
