Palmarosa is recommended for those who feel clingy, jealous, negativity, suffer from insomnia, or anxiety.
-Palmarosa cooling and moisturizing and is often used as a skin conditioner for acne, eczema, scarring, aging /mature skin and to encourage skin rejuvenation. The mashed leaves have been added to baths for centuries for fragrance and conditioning.
-It has excellent antifungal and antibacterial qualities and is a good mosquito repellent against Anopheles cullicifacies, a common carrier of malaria. (Not recommended for Aedes aegypti the mosquito most common carrier of Dengue and Zika virus).
-Note: Most essential oils cannot be taken internally, but even when they can, essential oils are highly concentrated and require dilution, special training and caution that Aroma & More does not yet provide. You can never drink any essential oils at 100% strength or diluted in water-based liquids.
