-Juniper Berry is stimulating and beneficial for nervousness and fatigue.
-Juniper berry is valuable before or after exercise. Before exercise it is stimulating, improves circulation. It also can open airways to help oxygen reach the muscles more rapidly. Exercise related muscle soreness is often cause by lactic acid build up.
-It happens when muscles are not receiving enough oxygen and begin burning sugars instead. Opening airways and increasing circulation can reduce the severity and speed recovery time.
-After exercise it is a warming oil to place on overworked muscles to draw circulation to the area and reduce pain. Diffusing Juniper Berry in the air may aid in fluid removal and speed the removal of lactic acid. Even without exercise Juniper berry is reputed to reduce pain and may be beneficial for aching joints and muscles.
