Wild North Atlantic Dulse Flakes
Our dulse seaweed is harvested from Maines pristine waters. The color is a beautiful deep pink rose, that dries to a deep wine red. This red seaweed is packed with nutrients that are essential for everyday life, and all sea vegetables are a good source of iodine.

How to Use:
Eat two tablespoons of flakes daily, or an equal amount of strips if it’s in whole-leaf form. Add any of the sea vegetables to broths, soups, grains or beans while cooking for extra minerals. Sprinkle dulse and kelp flakes on top of your meals.
Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups wild blueberries
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp barley grass juice powder
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 small handful of Atlantic dulse
- Optional: water or coconut water or fresh orange juice to blend
Directions: In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water. Enjoy
