การรับประกันจะรับประกันให้ลูกค้า 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้าไป โดยสิ่งที่ต้องแนบในการเคลมสินค้ามีดังนี้
- กล่องสินค้า และอุปกรณ์ภายในกล่อง
- หลักฐานการสั่งซื้อสำเร็จที่ระบุวันสั่งซื้อชัดเจน
- การรับประกันสินค้าที่ชำรุดเสียหายที่เกิดจากความบกพร่องในการผลิตจากโรงงาน หรือชิ้นส่วนที่ไม่ได้มาตราฐาน
- การรับประกันไม่รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง หรือ สาย ต่าง ๆ ที่แถมมาภายในกล่อง
- การรับประกันสินค้า ไม่ครอบคลุมความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี , เกิดอุบัติเหตุ, สภาพผิดปกติจากรูปทรงเดิม
- สำหรับสายชาร์จ ต้องไม่มี การบิด งอ หัก หรือเอียงไปจากสภาพการใช้งานปกติ ต้องไม่มีกลิ่น และ คราบสกปรก
- หากมีข้อใดผิดปกติไปจากดังกล่าวมาทางร้านจะถือว่าสินค้าชิ้นดังกล่าวสิ้นสุดการรับประกันทันที
