Lovely heart-shaped dish with 4 rose pink flowers & leaves by Walther-glas & with the original label & box. The flowers and leaves are in deep relief on the outside of the dish. It measures 16cms/6" at widest point & 15cms/6" length. Unused with no damage - a very nice piece of modern glass. Weighs heavy.

Description – A stunning and originalheart shaped divided dish which was made in Germany by Walther Glass. I think it hails from the 1980’s, it could have been earlier, or later, I can’t be certain. The dish is made of predominantly clear glass but has a wonderful arrangement of multiple hearts outlined in frosted glass and decorated with a lovely array of delicate deep pink blossoms surrounded with frosted glass leaves. The edge has a scalloped finish interspersed with pink knobs and frosted leaves. The central divide is a swirl of clear glass tapering into the sides of the main dish. I think the model No. is 3991/3…..well that’s the number stamped on the box. The dimensions are as follows: It comes complete in its original box which still has all its inner flaps and tuck-in end closures. This is a truly beautiful dish which would add grace, elegance and wonderful colour to any dining table, sideboard or just as a specimen piece…..the choice is yours!!! NOTE: The photo does not do the dish justice; I have therefore tried to describe it as closely as I can. Slight Damage: The box has taken the brunt of wear over time with marks, creases, crush marks, scuffs etc, possibly due to its age, but it does not detract from the overall look of the dish which is in PERFECT condition!!!!
