1. ทางร้านรับประกันสินค้า YubiKey ว่าเป็นของแท้จากผู้ผลิตโดยตรง ใช้งานได้ตามสเปคที่ระบุในเว็บ Yubico ซึ่งเป็นผู้ผลิต
2. สินค้าต้องไม่มีรอยแตกหักชำรุด จากการใช้งานที่ผิดปกติ จะต้องมีประวัติการซื้อและใบกำกับภาษีจากทางร้าน
3. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ลูกค้าเคลมว่าชำรุดก่อนทุกครั้ง
4. หากสินค้าไม่ชำรุดทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนสินค้า
5. หากสินค้าไม่สามารถใช้งานได้เนื่องจากตัวสินค้าที่บกพร่องในขั้นตอนการผลิตทางร้านจะดำเนินการเปลี่ยนตัวใหม่ให้แต่ไม่รับคืนเป็นเงินในทุกกรณี
