We ran several tests to find the filter paper that left behind the least amount of "papery" taste. Our filter’s heavy weight (32 lbs), ensures a clean cup. We also landed on 20 as the magic number of flutes per filter. This amount provides structure and rigidity to prevent collapses during brewing, and makes the filters are easy to separate.
