#ยีสต์ผงสำเร็จรูป ตรา เพอร์เฟค เป็นยีสต์แห้งสำหรับใช้ทำเบเกอรีต่างๆ เช่น ขนมปังทั่วไป ขนมปังฝรั่งเศษ ซาลาเปาม้วนนึ่ง ขนมคุกกี้ แป้งทอดไส้บิด ขนมปังเดนมาร์ก และอาหารหมักอื่น ๆ

ส่วนประกอบ: ยีสต์ผงจากกลุ่ม แซ็กคาโรไมซีส เซรีวิซิอิ, ซอร์บิแทนโมโนสเตียเรต (E491), สารต้านอนุมูลอิสระ: วิตามินซี (E300).

ข้อแนะนำ:
•ใช้ปริมาณประมาณ 0.3 ถึง 0.5% ของแป้งทั้งหมด
•ผสมยีสต์กับแป้งก่อนเติมส่วนผสมน้ำ
•ควรเก็บไว้ที่แห้ง และเย็น

#Ingredients: Natural yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491), antioxidant: vitamin C (E300).
#Uses: making bread with high sugar content such as Brioux, Danish bread.

Instant yeast is used for manufacturing steamed bun, steamed roll, bread, pastry, cookies, fried dough twist, twisted cruller and other fermented food.

Description:
• The amount is about 0.3 to 0.5% of flour.
• Mix with flour or add to dough during first stage of mixing.
• Store in cool place.
