The Brymen BM877 is a combination of a True-RMS digital multimeter and an insulation tester. This makes the meter very versatile for both troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Whether you are working on motors or switches, this budget all-in-one device can do a great job.

Compared to this model, the BM887 also offers the possibility to measure capacitance, currents and low voltages, and even temperature. The BM887 also offers a lot more precise measurements.

With the 6,000-count display of this multimeter you can measure AC and DC voltages very accurately. The meter can test up to one kilovolt of insulation. AC voltages can be measured up to 20 kHz, which is unique in this range of devices. The meter has a dual-display function that allows two different measurements to be displayed simultaneously. An example would be AC voltage and frequency or insulation value and test voltage.

The meter automatically switches off when it hasn’t been used for some time.

The meter offers some additional useful functionalities such as a built-in detection to protect against incorrectly connecting the test leads and the meter can even set the range automatically.
