Since its publication, Chinese Reading Course has been used by many educational institutions. The revised edition was published in 2009. In order to better match Chinese Course (3rd edition), Chinese Reading Course (3rd edition) has been launched. Volume 1 consists of 30 lessons, Volume 2 consists of 20 lessons, and Volume 3 consists of 28 lessons. 《汉语阅读教程》自出版以来被不少学校选用，经修订后2009年出版修订版，此次为了更好地配合《汉语教程》（第三版）的使用，推出《汉语阅读教程》（第三版）。修订本第一册30课，第二册20课，第三册28课。第三版参照《汉语教程》（第三版）的改动，配合进行；同时，对过时文章进行替换和删减。
