สาเหตุและข้อตกลงของการขอเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า
1. สินค้ามีปัญหาภายใน 7วัน : นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า สามารถเปลี่ยนเครื่องใหม่/คืนเงินได้
- ต้องเป็นความเสียหายที่เกิดจากความผิดปกติของตัวสินค้าเอง เช่น จอดับ, จอเป็นเส้น, Dead pixel 4 จุดขึ้นไป, ลำโพงไม่มีเสียง, แบตเตอรี่ เป็นต้น
- สินค้าต้องไม่ แตก หัก บิ่น งอ และสีไม่ลอก
ไม่รวมถึงความเสียหายเกี่ยวกับซอฟแวร์
2. เปลี่ยนใจ : ไม่สามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ แต่สามารถเปลี่ยนสีหรือรุ่นที่ราคาเท่าเดิม(สามารถคุยผ่านแชท)
3. ได้รับสินค้าผิด : สินค้ายังไม่ถูกใช้งาน และต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์
4. สินค้าไม่ตรงตามที่โฆษณาไว้ : สินค้าไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ตามที่บรรยายไว้ สินค้ายังไม่ถูกใช้งาน และต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์
5. สินค้าชำรุด/เสียหาย : ส่งสินค้ากลับมาให้ทางบริษัทตรวจสอบ กล่องและอุปกรณ์ต้องครบ
- หากพบว่า "มีปัญหาจริงโดยยืนยันจากแบรนด์" บริษัทจะเปลี่ยน/คืนเงินให้
- หากพบว่า "ไม่ได้มีปัญหาจริง" บริษัทจะจัดส่งสินค้าเดิมให้
