Whole wheat crackers made with SOURDOUGH, left to rise for 24 hours… even more fragrant! A source of fibre, thanks to the exclusive whole wheat flour recipe. Afterwards the dough is passed through special rollers forming a very thin sheet of pastry layered on top of another which, once baked, gives the crackers their characteristic crispness. Palm oil free, with sunflower oil and 70% lower in saturated fats than the average crackers in Italy.
