Strawberry butter caramel made with Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture is sandwiched between chocolate butter cream made from couverture with a good balance of aroma and flavor, which is 70% cacao. Its a pleasant taste that is combined with the aroma. I made it bi-color with two kinds of bittersweet cocoa cookies and gentle berry cookies.

[Caution] The expiration date is a little over 2 weeks, so please enjoy it as soon as possible after arrival. After arrival, it will keep for a while in the refrigerator or freezer.
