The Vintage ICON V6 solid bodied electric guitar is now available in Distressed Gun Hill Blue and Distressed White over Sunburst, with a new left-handed model finished in Distressed Laguna Blue.
These incredibly authentic right-handed models have been expertly aged by the Vintage team of professional luthiers, revealing areas of the original Sunburst finish on the body front, sides and back, to replicate the beautiful, worn-in appearance and feel of a lifetime companion that’s certainly paid its dues.

Aside from these stunning body aesthetics offset with 3-ply scratchplates, the Vintage ICON V6 distressed, is equipped with the added benefit of modern embellishments that have proven this model a first choice for a host of professional musicians in the studio and on the live circuit.
Beneficial appointments include a Wilkinson WVC vibrato bridge, featuring a stagger-drilled block which radically improves intonation, whilst maintaining incredible return-to-pitch accuracy. Wilkinson WJ55 patented E-Z-Lok machine heads with their innovative design, offer rapid string changing, whilst the highly effective locking action, increases tuning stability.
Needless to say, with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, hard rock maple neck with GraphTech top nut and classic Vintage ‘soft C’ profile, the V6 almost plays itself.
A trio of Wilkinson WVS vintage-voiced Alnico V pickups, with staggered, chamfered edge pole pieces, are the ideal choice and, with the centre pickup also featuring reverse wound/reverse polarity, provides hum cancelling in switch positions 2 and 4.

● Body : Eastern poplar body provides resonance, tone and ‘correct weight’ comfort, enhanced with correctly radiused contoured body.
● Vibrato : The Wilkinson WVC vibrato bridge featured on the Vintage V6 is a masterpiece of detail. Positive location, 6 screw design provides return to pitch accuracy; perpendicular bend, high grade steel saddles enhance tonality and ‘snap’. Ground base plate corner provides authentic looks. Stagger drilled cast block significantly enhances return to pitch accuracy and classic vintage tone. The ‘push-in’ delrin-bushed arm with variable tension provides the arm feel that suits your style.
● Pickups : Balanced set of Wilkinson WVS vintage-voiced Alnico V pickups, with staggered, chamfered edge pole pieces, for authentic tone and contemporary power. Reverse wound, reverse polarity centre pickup provides hum cancelling in switch position 2 and 4.
● Controls : Single master Volume control with Tone control 1 for the neck pickup, and ‘Custom Mod’ Tone control 2 for both the middle and bridge pickup. Five-way selector switch.
● Machine Heads : Wilkinson WJ55 patented E-Z-Lok machine heads. Simple, effective locking action for increased tuning stability. Staggered string post heights provide correct string rake angle for smooth vibrato action and correct playing tension.
