- รบกวนลูกค้าตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของรุ่นให้ถูกต้องก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกกรณี ซื้อผิดรุ่น/ผิดสี/หรือผิดวัตถุ ประสงค์
การใช้งานโดยไม่ได้ตรวจสอบก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ
- ระยะการรับประกันสินค้าตามเงื่อนไขจากทางผู้ผลิต สามารถตรวจสอบได้จากรายละเอียดของสินค้า หรือทักแชทเพื่อสอบถามข้อมูล
- กรณีสินค้ามีข้อบกพร่องจากการการผลิต หรือ สินค้าไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ สามารถแจ้งขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า
- รบกวนลูกค้าเก็บ package สินค้าภายใน 7 วัน เพื่อใช้ในการพิจารณาคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า กรณีสินค้าชำรุดหรือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้
- กรณีตรวจสอบข้อบกพร่องหรือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ โดยเป็นความตั้งใจหรือประมาทจากการใช้งานของลูกค้า ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนสินค้า

ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งสินค้า
- กรณีต้องการจัดส่งสินค้าภายใน 1 วัน ลูกค้าสามารถทักแชท หรือ โทรสอบถามข้อมูลได้ที่ 096-7563666
- กรุงเทพ และ ปริมณฑล (นนทบุรี / สมุทรปราการ / สมทรสงคราม ) จัดส่งภายใน 2-3 วันทำการ
- ต่างจังหวัด จัดส่งภายใน 3 – 5 วันทำการ
- สำหรับสินค้า Pro-Order หรือสินค้าสั่งซื้อพิเศษ หลังจากระบบยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อและชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ระยะช่วงเวลาจะนับจากวันที่พรี
ออเดอร์ไป และจะดำเนินการจัดส่งให้ภายใน 3 – 5 วันทำการ
- ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ในการจัดส่งล่าช้า อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุการณ์หรือสถานการณ์ต่างๆ โดยจะมีการแจ้งหรือติดต่อกลับไปยังลูกค้าเพื่อ
รับทราบ ตามข้อมูลที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้

- If a product has a manufacturing defect or is unusable, you can request a product exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
- We urge customers to retain the product packaging for 7 days in case a return or exchange is necessary due to product
damage or usability issues.
- If a customers inspection reveals defects or inoperability due to intentional or negligent use, we reserve the right to refuse
a return.

- For other provinces, please expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Pre-order products or special order items will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the pre-order date after the system
confirms the order and payment is completed.
