Preparation and Usage: Cooking Method
1. Pour a pack of Pancake Flour, egg, sugar and water in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly
2. Mix batter with oil and stir
3. Heat the pan (medium-low heat)
4. When the pan is hot enough, put one ladle of mixture into the pan
5. Cook for 1 ½ minutes or until see the bubble on pancake surface.
6. Turn and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown
7. Best served while hot
Storage:
1. Always store in cool dry place away from direct sunlight
2. To ensure the best quality of the flour, always use a full pack and avoid keeping the remaining flour for next use.
