Instructions :
Always start with clean skin that has been prepped with a skin care product. Use the rounded side of the spoon to gently sculpt the face, focusing below the cheekbone. The specialized, rounded shape of the gua sha spoon allows for a deeper release. Use the smaller end of the tool on acupressure trigger points, focusing on areas near the brow bone, temples, ears, and along the jawline. Massage in small, slow circles on trigger points.
