หากพบปัญหาสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า สามารถทำเรื่องขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้
*ปัญหาต้องเกิดจากตัวสินค้าเอง ไม่รวมถึงปัญหาซอฟต์แวร์

-ทำเรื่องคืนสินค้าและส่งสินค้ากลับมาทางบริษัท โดยสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ และอุปกรณ์ภายในกล่องจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม
