Warwick have opted to give the bass a red alderwood body. As a tonewood you can expect a very balanced sound from this type of wood. With red alder you get a very wide spectrum, all the frequencies are relatively balanced. The red alder tonewood gives you one of the most balanced sounds possible, it gives your playing vibrant highs and rumbling lows. Whilst the Warwick RockBass Infinity Bass is versatile and can suit many styles, if you’re playing up and down the neck you can expect a very stable tone across its scale.
