French Glory Extra OPC 150 100g เป็นผงชง OPC สกัดจากเมล็ดองุ่นฝรั่งเศส องุ่นแดงฝรั่งเศส เปลือกสนฝรั่งเศส ผสมด้วย สารสกัดจาก Bilberry Citurs bioflavoboids และวิตามินซี จากแบรนด์ French Glory® สูตร Extra

ซึ่งคอนเซปท์ของผลิตภัณฑ์คือ อิงมาจากคำว่า “French paradox” ที่แสดงถึงวิถีชีวิตของคนฝรั่งเศสที่จิบไวน์ กินองุ่น แล้วมีอายุยืนยาว มีสุขภาพร่างกายและหัวใจที่แข็งแรง

ในองุ่นนั้นมีสารพฤกษเคมีที่สำคัญ เป็นกลุ่ม Polyphenols อยู่หลายชนิด หนึ่งในนั้นมีชื่อเรียกว่า Oligomeric proanthocyanidins หรือ OPCs

โครงสร้างของ OPCs นั้น ค่อนข้างสลับซับซ้อน เกิดจากสายของสารในกลุ่ม Flavonoid หลายตัวมาต่อกันได้หลายแบบ กลายเป็น OPC ได้หลายชนิด ในองุ่นเองนี่ก็มีถึง 8 ชนิด (Bombardelli and Morazzoni. Fitoterapia 1995;66:291-317) สารกลุ่มนี้มีคุณสมบัติเป็น Antioxidant ที่ดีมาก

ส่วนผสมสำคัญๆ และประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับหลังชงทานค่ะ

1. สารสกัดจากเปลือกสนฝรั่งเศส (Maritime pine bark extract) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยพฤกษเคมีหลายชนิด รวมทั้งสารในกลุ่ม OPCs ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติเรื่อง Antioxidant ที่ดี วัตถุดิบเปลือกสนที่ดังๆในตลาด มี 2 ยี่ห้อ คือ Pycnogenol® กับ Flavangenol® ซึ่งตัวแรกจะมีงานวิจัยสนับสนุนเกี่ยวกับ การเพิ่มความหนาแน่นของกระดูก กับทางด้านเสริมภูมิคุ้มกัน ส่วน Flavangenol นั้นมีงานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติด้านผิวพรรณ มีงานวิจัยชิ้นหนึ่งให้อาสาสมัครทาน Flavangenol 12 สัปดาห์ พบว่าอาการของ Photoaging (การแก่ก่อนวัย) ดีขึ้น ริ้วรอยลดลง สีผิวสม่ำเสมอมากขึ้น (Clin Interv Aging. 2012;7:275-86.)

2. สารสกัดจากเมล็ดองุ่น ซึ่งก็มี OPC อยู่เป็นองค์ประกอบในปริมาณค่อนข้างสูงเช่นกัน มีงานวิจัยอยู่ค่อนข้างมาก เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติเรื่องการป้องกันมะเร็ง ป้องกันฟันผุ และเสริมภูมิคุ้มกัน ตัวนี้ทางแบรนด์ได้ใช้สารสกัดนำเข้าจากฝรั่งเศส ยี่ห้อ Vitaflavan® ซึ่ง Standardized (ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานของสารสกัด) แล้วให้มีความเข้มข้นของ Polyphenol อย่างน้อย 96% ข้อมูลจากผู้ผลิตวัตถุดิบระบุว่าสารสกัดตัวนี้ยังให้ประโยชน์เรื่องการควบคุมน้ำหนักเพิ่มเข้ามาอีกด้วย

3 สารสกัดจากองุ่นแดง ประกอบด้วยสารในกลุ่ม Polyphenol อยู่หลายชนิด ให้ผลเป็น Antioxidant ที่ดี ทางแบรนด์บอกว่าได้ใช้ ยี่ห้อ ExGrape® ของฝรั่งเศสเช่นกัน วัตถุดิบนี้ได้รับ Halal ด้วย

4. สารสกัดจาก Bilberry ประกอบด้วยพฤกษเคมีอยู่หลายชนิด นอกจากกลุ่ม Polyphenols แล้วยังมีอีก 1 ตัว ที่สำคัญ คือ Lutein ซึ่งให้คุณสมบัติในการบำรุงสายตา ลดความเสื่อมของ Retina ซึ่งเป็นจุดรับแสงในดวงตา มีรายงานการวิจัยกล่าวถึงคุณสมบัติของ Bilberry ในการปกป้องเซลล์ Retina ไม่ให้เสื่อมสภาพเพราะแสงสีน้ำเงิน หรือ Blue light ได้ (BMC Complement Altern Med. 2014 Apr 2;14:120.)

5. Citrus bioflavonoids เป็นกลุ่มของ Flavonoids ที่พบในพืชตระกูลส้ม มีคุณสมบัติเป็น Antioxidant ที่ดี มีงานวิจัยหลายฉบับสนับสนุนถึงการเพิ่มความแข็งแรงของหลอดเลือดฝอย และการเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันได้

6. Ascorbic acid มีคุณสมบัติเป็น Antioxidant ถึงแม้จะดูเหมือนน้อย แต่ก็ได้อยู่ครึ่งหนึ่งของร่างกายที่เราต้องการในแต่ละวัน

ส่วนสารประกอบอื่นๆนั้นก็มีประโยชน์เพื่อ แต่งรส ป้องกันการจับก้อน ทำให้สารสกัดก่อตัวกันเป็นผงละเอียด และช่วยให้ชงได้ง่ายขึ้น ซึ่งไม่มีตัวไหนเป็นพิษเป็นภัยอะไร

Slightly bitter

OPC150 has slightly a bitter background taste. Many customers have the preference for less sweet taste and for some real OPC bitter taste similar to beer or wine.

Sugar or sweetener may be added
