169. Bag your books; Cookbooks are great, but trying to keep them open at the right page while you follow a recipe can be a nightmare! Put your cookbook, opened to the correct recipe, in a clear plastic folder or bag to protect it from smears and splashes as well as keeping the pages from falling shut or flipping in the breeze.
