The Santoku knife is the allrounder among knives. Meat, vegetables, cheese or fish: the knife is always in use not just in Asia. The SENSO Santoku knife features a scalloped edge which causes the formation of an air cushion between the blade of high-grade Japanese blade steel and the material being cut; so the material does not stick to the blade. The ergonomic black plastic handle is designed to lie in the hand firmly, and the underside is rubber-coated for a safe grip even with wet hands.
