เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน
1. สินค้ารับประกัน 1 ปี ถ้าสินค้ามีปัญหาภายใน 7 วัน (นับตั้งแต่วันที่รับสินค้า)ทางร้านยินดีเปลี่ยนใหม่ทันที และทางร้านเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่งไป-กลับ
2. สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่แตกหัก บิดงอ ยุบ เบี้ยว ทะลุ ฉีก ขาด คราบสกปรก รอยปากกา รอยสนิม ร้อยไหม้ เหม็นไหม้ หรือมีอุปกรณ์บางส่วนหายไป
3. สินค้าต้องไม่มีร่องรอยการเปิดแกะ หรือร่องรอยการซ่อม ที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากทางร้าน
4. สินค้าเสียหายเนื่องจากปัจจัยภายนอก เช่น ไฟตก, ไฟเกิน, ไฟช็อต , ฟ้าผ่า , ตกหล่น , ตกน้ำ ,โดนน้ำเป็นต้น
5. สินค้าของแถมอุปกรณ์ภายในกล่องไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน
6. ลูกค้าต้องออกค่าขนส่งไป-กลับเอง (ค่าส่งกลับ 30/50 บาท ขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดและน้ำหนักของสินค้า)
7. ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งทางร้านก่อนนำส่งสินค้าเคลมมายังร้านค้าทุกครั้ง
8. สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ 80% ไม่แตกหัก เป็นรอย
9. สินค้าที่เคลมต้องมีกล่องและอุปกรณ์ครบ และมีสติ๊กเกอร์ทางร้าน (ทิ้ง ทำหาย ถือหมดประกัน)
