Adjust the Usage Ratio:
1.The ratio of liquid additive and water is predetermined according to the scale ratio on the proportional pump:
2.Counterclockwise adjustment is to increase the proportion of liquid additive.
3.Clockwise adjustment is to reduce the proportion of liquid additive.
4.The percentage of the proportional pump is calculated based on the final output of the proportional pump as 100.
Maintenance: After the proportional pump has been in operation for two years, the two sealing rings on the piston need to be replaced. Unscrew the upper cover of the proportional pump to take out the piston, and remove the two large and small seals on the piston with a vise. The sealing ring is placed together in 90 degree water for 2 minutes and installed on the piston by hand.
Installation and fixation: (standard installation and bypass installation)
Standard installation:
1. Install the pump on a pipe with a threaded connection. Look carefully at the inlet and outlet arrows on the proportional pump. Make sure they are in the same direction as the water in the hose.
2. Install a 100‑120 mesh filter between the water valve and the inlet of the proportional pump.
3. The valve needs to be installed at the inlet and outlet respectively. To prevent the pump from working, the water inlet valve should be closed before installation.
4. Fix the proportional pump on the wall or other facilities.
5. Install an additive container under the pump, place the tube in the container, check if the tube is folded or bent, make sure the tube length is only a few millimeters above the bottom of the container.
6. Open the valves on both sides of the proportional pump to add medicine.
7. There is a popping sound when the proportional pump starts to work. At this point, push the bleed valve on the top of the proportional pump and release the valve when a small amount of water comes out. Then ensure the normal operation of the pump.
