ควรรับประทานพร้อมอาหาร เนื่องจาก Co-Enzyme Q10 เป็นสารอาหารที่ละลายได้ดีในไขมันได้ ดังนั้น มันจะถูกดูดซึมได้ดีหากรับประทานพร้อมกับอาหารที่มีไขมัน
ควรเก็บในที่ปราศจากแสงและที่เย็น แต่ห้ามแช่แข็ง
