If you dont know which memory module is suitable for your computer, please use the software test to see what memory module your favorite computer needs. (Download a CPU-Z software and decompress it), after running the software, look at the "Maximum Bandwidth" column of the "SPD" option, you will see "PCxx00", as follows: (Memory module DDR, DDR2, and DDR3 are not common to each other, and the sockets are also different, and you cant force to insert it in, so as not to damage the memory module and the motherboard, remember!)

Ways:
If the Memory Appears: Blue Screen, Crash, Restart, Long Alarm Sound, Please Operate as follows, if not, it is determined to be incompatible:
1. The memory is not inserted properly, or the connecting finger is oxidized. Use the eraser to erase the memory connecting finger and then reinsert it, or change the slot;
2. The memory slot is dusty or oxidized. Use a brush and wash water to clean it (If you dont wash the water, just brush it off)
3. The memory is not compatible, try another memory.
4. CMOS is not discharged to restore the factory settings, maybe it is normal (the motherboard battery can be removed, and then installed again).
5. The motherboard is not compatible with the CPU, try another CPU

Note:
The product can only be used for AMD motherboards and does not support for Intel processors.
If the motherboard is equipped with DDR2 interface and the CPU is suitable for AMD, this product is compatible with your device. But if the motherboard is too old, and the motherboard does not support 4G memory, this product is not suitable for your device.
