Welding tips:
1. First weld the chip resistance and chip capacitance. The chip components are small and easy to lose. Pay attention to disassembly and assembly.
2. The welding sequence of components is from the small ones to the tall ones. 3. For the welding of SMD components, first put solder on one pad, then clamp the components with tweezers to align the position, melt the solder while placing the components, remove the tweezers and electric soldering iron after positioning, and then weld the other pad with solder.
4. Then weld the integrated chip base and pay attention to the corresponding notch direction.
5. The short leg of the LED is the negative pole, and the corresponding board is marked with a transverse welding hole on one side. Please see our physical picture for the location of traffic lights.
6. Electrolytic capacitor and buzzer are both long-pin positive poles. Pay attention to the position of the decimal point on the nixie tube.
7. Pay attention to check whether there is short circuit with tin or faulty soldering with little tin, and then supply 5V voltage. Pay attention to the positive and negative electrodes.
