The size S can be set in addition to the foot of the thumb and hand thumb on the other 4 fingers, size M and size L can be set at the foot of the thumb and hand thumb.

Toe cap is not left/right foot specific.

We recommend applying some baby powder on the inside of toe cap so that it is easier to wear.
