- Succulents are vulnerable and fragile. Their survival is greatly dependent on the environment they are in. Therefore buyers should bear own risk when purchasing.
- If the received plants are damaged, we will replace the plants for your next purchase (only applicable for orders received within 5 days)
- If the received plants are incorrect, please return to us. We will refund to you once we received the returned plants. Otherwise, any replacement or refund is strictly prohibited.
