This soup stock is made from vegetables cultivated in Japan such as kiriboshi daikon which makes it an ideal dashi for various soup stock, simmered dishes, udon noodle, etc.

It is so delicious and easy to cook that makes it a must-have ingredient in your kitchen.

How to cook :
Dissolve 1 packet into hot water and cook at your preference.

Examples of using 1 packet (5g) of this product:
・ Noodle soup: With 350 ml hot water for one person
・ Noodle soup (Dipping): With 100 ml hot water for 2 people
・ Miso soup: With 600 ml of hot water for 3 people

Preservation Method & Cautions
Preservation Method: Avoid high temperature and humidity, and keep it at room temperature.

Take note that hot ingredients and sauces may splash when removing the plastic wrap.

Enjoy on the same day after opening.
