Before use, perform sufficient baking to completely remove oil and dirt from the surface, and then wipe with water.

Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes without applying anything to the mold. Wipe off the dirt on the surface.
When the heat is removed, apply a thin layer of shortening or spray oil while it is still warm, and bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
Repeat this twice. It will be colored by baking in the air, but there is no problem.
