Our best-selling grass-fed ghee butter is virtually 100% pure butterfat from grass-fed cows butter from New Zealand, which is clarified over an open flame slowly to remove the moisture and nearly all casein and lactose. It is the most versatile, multi-use fat, with high smoke point and shelf-stable.

GHEE BUTTER - GOLDEN GHEE: our most popular ghee, which can be used for many things from Bulletproof Coffee to cooking.
GHEE BUTTER - CARAMEL GHEE: it has more nutty flavor from longer-cooking time but it contains no sugar (we call it because it looks like caramel!). Also known as brown butter ghee, as often used in French cuisine.
Storage

No refrigeration is required, but in the fridge, you can keep it up to a year.
