Created by Twinings Masterblender Andrew Whittingham: "Warming and aromatic, the heady scents of this blend transport you to Zanzibars famous spice markets. I add my own blend of distinctive fragrant spices to superb African tea and Rooibos, for a rich and delicious Chai with a flavour like no other. Red brown Rooibos. A pinch of pepper. This warm aromatic blend marries an unusual blend of Rwandan black tea and Rooibos grown high in the Cedarburg Mountains of South Africa. Lively and bright black tea and red-brown Rooibos needles bring depth and rich, creamy notes. The flavour is finished with high-quality cinnamon and aromatic cardamom. Finally, a faintly aniseed flavour of fennel seeds, with a pinch of pepper and cloves complete the blend."
