1. When choosing a size, please check our size chart first. We have uploaded a size chart for each product, please check it out.
2. The centimeter data we give refers to the length of the shoe insole, just like the data indicated by the position of the circle and arrow in our size chart
3. Our size is based on EUR size. Because of the factory, the US Size and EUR Size dont match, and the US Size is inaccurate. After receiving the shoes, all customers shall be subject to EUR Size.
4. We use CM (centimeters) as the measurement value*** UK, US and European sizes are not used because CM (centimeters) provides higher accuracy.
5. If the foot width is more than 9cm, it is recommended to buy one size larger.
