ZERO-Instrument zero button (electrode dry state, instrument display is not zero, adjust this button to zero).

CHECK-The electrode constant adjusting button (moves the short circuit insert to the CHECK position, regulates the potentiometer and makes the instrument indicate the constant value of the electrode).

Electrode installation

Installation notes:

(1) the electrode should be installed in the pipeline in a lower position, steady flow rate and difficult to produce bules;

(2) the conductivity cell, the paperback and the verticaLshould be deep into the active water;

(3), the measurement signaLis weak signaLacquisition, the cable should be independent of line controLline connected to the same group of cable terminaLor terminaLboard is prohibited and power lines, to avoid damp interference or breakdown measurement unit;

(4) when the measuring cable needs to be lengthened, please contact the manufacturer or supply.

Set up

After the instrument is installed, switch on the power supply. Please proceed as follows:

1 Constant correction:

The rear paneL is shorted and the insert K1 is moved to CHECK (correction bit), and the data displayed on the display screen is the constant value of the electrode. If the electrode constant is not matched, the CHECK adjusting button can be adjusted to conform with the electrode.

2 Range selection:

Switch the short paneLof the rear paneLto different range files, and realize range switching. For best resolution, choose the appropriate range. The measuring range is too large, and the reading accuracy wilLbe reduced. When shown as "1", the conductivity of the solution under measurement is exceeded, and the range of the highest one should be switched at this time.
