Mobis,His real name is Jean Giraud, a famous French comic master and national treasure artist. Born in France on May 8th, 1938, he died of illness in 2012. In 1963, he and Belgian playwright Jean Michel chalier created the famous Western comic character "Captain blueberry". During this period, he began to publish a series of black humor works under the pseudonym Mobis. In 1974, he and three like-minded writers founded m é tal hurlant comic magazine, in which he created sci-fi and fantasy works with great breakthroughs in painting style and story, such as azak and closed garage. These comic works, which are amazing to read up to now, have had a far-reaching impact on later comic, animation, film and other fields. While French artistJean Giraudwas already a well-known comic artist with his hard-boiled western series Blueberry, he built an entire second career under the pen nameMoebiusbeginning in 1963 with a series of short stories. In later years, Moebius would become world famous for his science-fiction, artistic, and erotic art. He is admired for his many collaborations with Alejandro Jodorowsky such as the wordless comics fantasy, Arzach. In addition to his large comics and illustration output, Moebius remained active in the film industry as well. Moebius passed away in Paris on March 10, 2012, at the age of 73.
