When the charger is connected as instructed above, the electronic device shows: Charging is temporary unavailable or no sign for charging. Please pull out the output cable and reconnect, or adjust the angle of the charger to expose more sunlight. The mobile USB device will indicate it is charging as well as the LED lights on the solar panel. MAINTENANCE Clean the surface of the solar panel when needed. Always use a soft sponge or cloth for cleaning. A mild, non-abrasive cleaning detergent may be used to remove stubborn dirt. Dont clean when the panel surface is hot. Clean solar panels more frequently during drier months, as they may become covered in dust more quickly. A pressure washer is not recommended. Caution: Observe the maintenance instructions for all components used in the system, such as support frames, charge controller, batteries, etc
