For Wuloo intercom system have sold a huge amount in USA, so some customers will get interference from other home or pick up strange conversation when your neighbors also bought Wuloo intercom system. When your neighbors use GROUP function, you can not solve this issue by change channel or code.
Old:
the old version intercom system can not restore the original Channel&Code setting after youve finished talking. You will need to reset your Channel&Code manually after each communication, and others can call you by your original Channel&Code as address listshows.

Now, we have updated this function.How to useLock Channel&Code number function, Please check 2.2 part in this manual.
1. The screen does not light up --- Check the AC power cord. Is it connected properly? Or change AC adapter to test.
2. Can not receive responses --- Check to make sure the intercoms have been set to the same channel and code. / Be sure to release the TALK button after speaking. / Check to make sure the intercom is not in monitor mode. / Turn up the volume .
3. Can not talk to other intercoms --- Check to make sure the intercoms have been set to the same channel and code. / Press&hold the TALK button to speak after the other user has finished speaking.
4. Strong and continuous "beep" sound, static noise ---- Move intercoms away from each other or otehr devices(like speakers or microwave oven). / Change intercom to another channel or code. / Close the GROUP function of your intercom.
5. The intercom units do not work.--- Try setting up the units in different locations. If the units work properly in a different location but not in your home, the issue may be with the wall of your home or office. In this way, you can contact support email to get a best service.
Note:
1.The intercom system is a real-time communication system which has no memory or storage function. Because of this, you cannot receive any information while you are talking with others. Additionally, you cannot speak to another user if they are speaking at the same time.
2. Please note that you will need to set the same channel and code if you want 2 intercom stations to receive communication. It also means any other intercoms can also communicate if they have same channel code. For example, your neighbors may be able to interfere with your intercom system. We suggest setting another channel or code to avoid interference.
3. A tip for setting your home intercom system
For example, lets say you have a 4 station intercom system for your home for different rooms. You can set all 4 stations with the same code number 10(code 1-100 are choices), then you set different channels for all 4 stations. In this case, you can just set a channel number to call others without set code because your codes are all the same. If your system receives interference, you can change it to another code for all of your stations without changing every stations channel making this a very convenient option.
