How to use the intercom system?

Warm Tips:

1. The factory setting of the intercom is in the OFF state. Please hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn on the intercom before first using it.

2. This wireless intercom system is a half-duplex system. So that you can not speak and listen at the same time. Please wait for the other party to finish speaking and then press the TALK key to respond.

Troubleshooting:

Problem 1: Does not work

Possible solution 1: Check if both intercoms are powered. Charge the devices for at least 1 hour, then try again.

Problem 2: Cannot hear the response

Possible solution 1: Check if both intercoms are on the same channel. If not, press the [UP] & [DOWN] keys to set them to the same channel.

When press the talk button, will the other person hear you speaking immediately?

The other person will hear your voice immediately (Prohibit both parties holding the talk button at the same time).

What is the communication range?

The range is up to 500 meters (1640ft).

How do you know what channel is selected for each one?

The intercom will broadcast the channel number while changing the channel.

The volume is adjustable?

Yes, the volume of the intercom is adjustable from 1 to 4 level (60dB/80dB/100dB/115dB).
