Q: Why the printer shows "NO ENOUGH INK" or "EMPTY" or the Indicator light "BLINKING"?

A: It is not quality problem. This is because the original company blocked the chip technology, so remanufactured ink cartridges chip can not show correct ink level. All our ink cartridges are filled with enough ink. When you see such information, please ignore it and click "OK" or "Close" to continue to print.

Q: Why does the cartridge leak after arrival?

A: Because of air transportation, different air pressure will affect the ink cartridge. A slight leak is a normal phenomenon and can be used normally after cleaning. If you mind, please do not purchase.

Q: Printer can not recognize ink cartridge.

A: 1. Not install well.

2. Ink cartridge chip dirty.Use alcohol to clean the cartridge chip position.
