- The item is brand new and factory sealed.
- 100- original we dont sell fakes/bootleg items.
- We pack our items with bubble wrap and pre-made boxes.
- In case of severe box damages due to shipping (also damaging the product inside in the process) well assist in filing support via courier upon request.
- For Prize Figures (Banpresto/Bandai Spirits/FuRyu/Taito/Sega etc)
- Customers may receive imperfection/slight differences from quality of products (paint/material color etc) please be advised.
- Prize figure boxes (if there are any) are meant to be perforated/clawed by arcade/prize/claw machines hence the quality of the boxes are relatively weak customers may expect to receive imperfect/dented boxes.
- We will not be able to replace/do returns to the supplier. Please consider this before buying.
- We only have limited quantities per type please make sure to purchase it as soon as possible before it gets sold out.
- We ship within 2-3 working days once ordered. Estimated time of arrival is based on your location (e.g. Metro Manila/GMA/Provincial) and current traffic/condition of parcels via sorting hub.
- Due to the features of this product it cannot be returned/exchanged once it has been opened (plastic packaging). Please consider it before purchasing.
- Images of some of our products were taken before shipment to prevent product replacement. (For large scale figures and products without warranty we document and take pictures before the shipping out process. In such cases opening marks may remain even with new products.)
- There is a possibility that more than 1 tape is attached even if it is a new product due to inspection by the manufacturer (mostly Bandai/Banpresto/MegaHouse which doesnt have circular tapes). We appreciate your understanding in advance.
- The outer box may be damaged due to age distortion dents some scratches burns and after peeling off the shipping label.
