- Function keys:
- 1.press open key,switch machine.After the boot,it will directly enter the waiting measurement interface"Enter To MEA".
- 2.boot mode,press menu key,enter menu mode.
- 3.Menu options are zero correction,temperature unit selection,automatic shutdown time settings,backlight on and off settings.
- 4.press the toggle button to change the options and press the confirmation button to enter the menu option.
- 5.after entering the corresponding menu option,press the toggle button to switch the options,and press the confirmation key to confirm the option.Now go back to the main menu interface.
- 6.press the menu button again to exit the menu interface and return to the measurement waiting interface.
- Test samples:
- 1.boot,directly into the "Enter To MEA"waiting for the measurement interface.
- 2.clean the surface of the prism with clean water.
- 3.drops of about 0.3ml of the tested sample to the measuring tank (about 2/3 sampling pool depth).
- 4.press the "measuring"button to measure and display the measured value.
- 5.to measure another new sample,first clean the measuring tank and repeat the 2.2 to 2.4 steps.
- 6.after use,drop some water until the measuring pool is dried with soft paper or cloth.
- Warm Tip:When adding the sample to the measuring pool,the metal spoon should not be used to avoid scratching the prism surface.If the sample temperature is different from the prism surface temperature,the sample should be placed in the measuring pool for a period of time before measuring.

- 2.prepare distilled water or purified water
- 3.clean the prism surtace.
- 4.drops of about 0.3ml of water to the prism surface,about 2/3 depth of the sampling pool.
- 5.Select Zero Calibration "Zero CAL" in the menu,press the confirmation key to enter the corection,wait for the reading to appear,press the confirmation key again;wait.
- 6.if the "CAL OK" is displayed, it indicatesthat the nuling corection is successful.
- 2.if the "CAL ERR" is displayed, it means that the correction fails.The possible reason is correction with inappropriate zero water,
- 8.The instrument is zero-adjusted and llbrated,showing 0.0%.The water on the prism can be wiped off with the prism paper"
- Error message:
- 1.when zeroing is corected,no water or other solution is found in the measuring tank instead of clean water, When corecteq,display "CAL ERR".
- 2.the "Low Batter"appears on the boot,which means that the battery volage is not enough,and a new battery is needed.
- 3.the vlue of the sample is higher than 53%,but it can not be measured.The surface tempersture of the 4.prism is below 10 ℃ or 40℃
- Daily maintenance:
- 1.After measuring,wipe the sample on the prism surface with the prism paper,and then drop a few drops of water to the prism surface.Clean the prism surface and the sample table with the prism paper.Be careful not to exert too much effort,or use not
- enough soft paper and cloth to avoid scratching the prism surface.
- 2.The instrument will automatically enter the standby state and the display will be closed during the set time of shutdown.
- 3. when messuring,direct sunlight should be avoided.Otherwise, the measurement result will be inaccurate.
- 4.if the battey runs out of power,it should be replaced early to avoid leakage.
- 5.please pay attention to waterproofing when using the instrument.
- avoid falling and breaking.
- 6.avoid using organic solvents to wipe the machine
