Description

SPMs (Specialized Pro-Resolving Mediators) are lipid mediators derived from poly-unsaturated fatty acids which help to promote a healthy post-inflammatory response. SPMs are naturally created by the body from fatty acids such as EPA and DHA, where they help signal the body to resolve the initial steps in the natural inflammatory process.

Our SPM supplement is produced from a fish oil concentrate and contains 250 mcg of SPMs per softgel.

Recommended Dosage

We recommend taking one softgel per day, which includes 500 mg of fish oil lipids and has a 250 mcg dosage of SPMs.

Side Effects

SPMs are well tolerated and there are currently no known side effects and no known interactions with other supplements or drugs. There may be a fishy aftertaste from the fish oil lipid concentrate the SPMs are encased in, and those with soy or fish allergies should not use this product.
