Taizhou Haeseq Turning Tools Co., Ltd, was established in 1999, producing CNC turning tool holders at the beginning. In the following years, our company kept expanding by increasing capital, purchasing special purpose machines and measuring instruments.

In 2004, we started producing turning tool cutters cooperating with some main producers of the equivalent tools in Japan and U.S.A. under OEM production basis.
