1. No package issues were received
You can contact customer service at any time to find out the tracking number of the package. If the package has not arrived within the timeout period, please contact our online customer service and we will find out the reason for it for you. If you do not receive the parcel at the end of the order protection period, we will refund you a full refund.
2. Product Damage
If the package is damaged or missing, please send the picture to our online customer service and we will handle it for you the first time after verification.
Free return is not supported for no reason at this time. Return requires your own postage, so if you have any problems with the products you receive, please contact customer service.
