STEP 1: Choose a correct control Mode
DA: DC Control AC Input:DC3-32V Load:AC24-480V
AA: AC Control AC Input:AC70-280V Load:AC24-480V
DD: DC Control DC Input:DC3-32V Load:DC3-75V
STEP 2: Choose a correct type for current
For Resistive load: Current of SSR =2 x working current of load
Resistive load such as Resistance furnace, Incandescent lamp, Oven, Heating rod, Electric water heater.
For Inductive load: Current of SSR =6 x working current of load
Inductive load such as Motor,Fan,Transformer,Pump,Air conditioner and other loads with inductives.
For Capacitive load: Current of SSR =10 x working current of load
Capacitive load such as Compensating capactitors,Batteries and other loads with capacitors
STEP 3: Choose a suitable heat sink.
The temperature of heatsink at use must below 80℃ .Apply heat-conductive silicon grease between SSR and heatsink.
Attention 1: SSR cannot be tested without load,and must be added load of more than 50W to test
Attention 2: Use fast fuse(70% Amp of rated SSR) to protect SSR from load short circuit.
Attention 3: Zero-cross Or Random turn-on.The default is zero cross SSR.Random turn-on needs to be customized
• Youd better know the protection time , if it only left a few days but you still do not receive the order, please contact us for extending the protection, because if the protection is over, you can not open a dispute, and we can not give you the refund.
