3. Pipe fittings also can be used for oils, water, liquids and steam.
Features
1. Excellent finish level to allow smooth flow transition.
2. Every pieces of elbows have radius junction to eliminate entrapment areas and to allow smooth flow transition.
3. Fine threads meets the requirement of ASME/ANSI B1.20.1 to ensure maximum thread engagement.
4. The hardened threads with smooth surface finishing avoid galling and help to extend the fitting service life.
5. Working pressures are higher than the traditional piping class.
6. Every fitting is marked with thread type, size and material.
Material
316 Stainless Steel,
Straight fittings are machined from bar stock and shaped fittings from forgings.

Thread Specifications
Pressure Rating for Pipe End Thread
Allowable pressure ratings for male and female threads are based on ASME B31.3 at ambient temperature.
Installation Instruction
Pipe thread sealant is recommended for a leak tight seal. PTFE tape is commonly used only for installation of the pipe fittings with male thread.
1. Make sure both male and female threads clean.
2. Warp PTFE tape clockwise from the first thread.
3. Two time of wrapping is recommended.
4. Dont overhang tape on the first thread as it might be entered the system.
5. Cut off excess tape.
Cautions
1. Do not loosen or tighten fittings when system is pressurized.
2. Always use proper thread sealants on tapered pipe threads.
3. Confirm the sealing type when choosing the straight threads, make sure the construction of the matching threads comply with the sealing type.
Cleaning
All pipe fittings are free from machine oils, loose particles and grease throughout the close cleaning process.
Packaging
Each pipe fitting is sealed bagged to ensure component cleanliness and to protect them from environmental contamination.
