Power Diode Module MDQ-100A is designed for single phase Half wave rectification, which has four diodes connected in a one phase bridge configuration.
Output DC current is 200Amp Repetitive peak reverse voltage is up to 1,600V. Isolated mounting base, High reliability by unique glass passivation.
Applications: DC power supply for instrument equipment , Input of PWM frequence converter rectifying power supply , Excitation power supply for DC motor, Input of switch power supply and auxiliary current Inverter current.
