1. สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่แตกหัก บิดงอ ยุบ เบี้ยว ทะลุ ฉีก ขาด คราบสกปรก รอยปากกา รอยสนิม ร้อยไหม้ เหม็นไหม้ หรือมีอุปกรณ์บางส่วนหายไป
2. สินค้าต้องไม่มีร่องรอยการเปิดแกะ หรือร่องรอยการซ่อม ที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากทางร้าน
3. ไม่รับประกันสินค้าที่เสียหายเนื่องจากปัจจัยภายนอก เช่น ไฟตก ไฟเกิน ไฟช็อต ฟ้าผ่าน ตกหล่น ตกน้ำ โดนน้ำ เป็นต้น
4. สินค้าของแถมในกล่องทางร้านไม่รับประกัน
5. ลูกค้าต้องออกค่าขนส่งไป-กลับเอง (ค่าส่งกลับ ขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดและน้ำหนักของสินค้า)
6. ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งทางร้านก่อนนำส่งสินค้าเคลมมายังร้านค้าทุกครั้ง
7. สินค้าที่เคลมต้องมีกล่องและอุปกรณ์ครบ และมีสติ๊กเกอร์ทางร้าน (ทิ้ง ทำหาย ถือหมดประกัน)ข้อแนะนำหลังจากได้รับสินค้า เพื่อผลประโยชน์ ของลูกค้า
